Kimberly and Koushan – May 9th – Rosemary Beach, FL

Kimberly and Koushan were introduced by a mutual friend who knew they would be perfect for each other.  After a date of a lifetime,  they decided on a sunset ceremony in Rosemary Beach where they have vacationed before. Their Persian wedding ceremony took place on the beach just before sunset in Rosemary.  Their many nieces, nephews and close family were in attendance. Congratulations Kim,  you looked beautiful!

Shannon and Ryan – May 8th – Rosemary Beach, FL

It’s a Shore Thing Wedding & Event Planning and their team helped throw one incredible wedding for this great group! Shannon and Ryan have a fun history and it’s best told in her own words! “Ryan was a groomsman in Steve’s (who was also one of Ryan’s groomsman) wedding in Medellin, Colombia, where Steve’s wife Paulina tossed her bouquet to the single woman, and it landed over our heads and at Ryan’s feet. Ryan quickly picked up the bouquet and handed it to me…5 days later, we got engaged! We spent 5 days in Cartagena with Steve, Paulina and 20 other guests to join in on part of their 2 week honeymoon. On our last night there, it was only me and Ryan left, as the other 20 guests had gone back home that day. We had dinner with Steve and Paulina that night and Ryan told them he was going to propose to me on a horse and carriage ride after dinner. I, of course, had no idea and thought we were just going on a tour of the city. When Ryan realized all of the horse and carriages were full, Paulina jumped on one that was promised to another customer and in Spanish, told them that her friend was about to propose and they had to give us the horse and carriage! Still clueless as to what was going on, I just thought Paulina was being nice in making sure we had a ride for the tour, and Ryan and I hopped on and she and Steve waited for the next one. On the last few minutes of the tour, Ryan pulled out the ring and proposed in the most romantic city in Colombia!

Another fun fact is that Ryan and I met on Facebook. We got to know eachother by emailing and talking on the phone before we ever met, and by the time I actually met him in person, I knew he was the one.”
