]]> http://pauljohnsonphoto.com/blog/2010/08/07/summer-time/feed/ Lara Casey Family http://pauljohnsonphoto.com/blog/2010/06/29/lara-casey-family/ http://pauljohnsonphoto.com/blog/2010/06/29/lara-casey-family/#comments Tue, 29 Jun 2010 16:41:42 +0000 Administrator http://pauljohnsonphoto.com/blog/2010/06/29/lara-casey-family/ Mecheal and I recently had the honor to spend a few hours with Lara and her family.   Lara has been a huge inspiration to us and after meeting her family I can totally see why she is such an extraordinary woman.  In case you are one of the few who do not know Lara, she is the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Southern Weddings magazine,  owner of a luxury wedding market consulting firm, and founder of MTH2010.  Her mother is a trained French Chef and has a beautiful garden on the second floor of her home.  While we were there she prepared an amazing meal, everything was so fresh, and the chili rellenos were my favorite!  Lara’s dad has a beautiful original 62’ Dodge Dart sedan and of course we couldn’t pass up the chance to take some photographs with it!

MOST. FUN. EVER!  Between his bowl of sweet peas,  the Inlet Beach Water Tower,  his Batman shirt, and the stomp rocket we were on the move!  Tony and Susan are extremely blessed to have this little man.  Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.

Meet Big River Bluegrass.  Expect to see their album released soon.  You’ll love their bluegrass music.

This young lady is 13 and has an amazing future as a singer / song writer.  Her mom is holding the mandolin.

Johana and Steven will be married next year in June at Carillon Beach.  Check back to see their amazing wedding.

Happy 1st birthday to Chas!  Ben and Andra are so blessed to have this little guy.

Kim and Chris are planning to be married in Destin next April.  We’ll be photographing their wedding at a new venue we haven’t been to.  We are very excited!

Keming and Yinpeng are in China celebrating their wedding,  right now!  They flew in from Arizona a couple of months ago for us to photograph them in our very own Rosemary beach.  We started in the morning with a less formal engagement session and ended with their wedding formals.  Best wishes guys,  I hope you are having a great time in China!

The McDermott family are living in Europe right now,  but while they were in Seaside we met up with them to photograph their family.  These little girls are so precious.

Thank you to MDi media group who brought us on board this year for their commercial shoot for Brett Robinson Vacation.

The glass blowing was by far the most fun,  for me.  I found it very interesting.

The imagery is going to be great.

CUTE. candy store, The Sugar Shack, also in Rosemary Beach, has been very helpful in putting children in a great mood during our sessions!  I also like to think that Paul and I have a certain set of skills that bring out the best in these children.  Aw, who am I kidding, it’s the candy!
