It’s been a while since we’ve been at a farm for a wedding.  When Heather told me all of the details that she had worked into the wedding, I knew it would be great.  The guests watch the ceremony while sitting on canvas covered hay bales.  The reception was in the barn where everyone joined for dinner at the longest kings table I have ever seen.   Each place setting had a small mason jar of homemade honey as a keep sake.  Stephanie Tate of Savoir Faire Weddings and Allen with Paradise Cuisine did a great job.  I also enjoyed the groom’s cake, in the shape of a giant Armadillo.  Yes,  it was red velvet!
